In San Francisco

This weekend, we fled Boston humidity for the temperate sunshine of the City by the Bay.

The raison d'etre of our trip was the amazing wedding of our friends Whit and JR in Calistoga.  With them, we danced, celebrated, loved . . . but in between, we ate.  And ate.  And ate.

Blissful memories of worshipping at the altar of Thomas Keller to come.

Love your recaps so far. Can't wait to hear more about your trip. Next time let us know and we'll show you around Napa and SF. Cheers to good food.

Me and the husband are big fans of Thomas Keller. We try to go to Ad Hoc as many times as our budget allows us to. Each time we go there, it's an awesome foodie experience. I've been to French Laundry twice. I always tell people it's a place to nosh at before one dies. LOL Anyways, I need to try Zuni Cafe soon.

@ Sugar: Ooh, I'd love that! We were only in town for 40 hours, but next time.

@ Stacy: I'm so jealous. We couldn't get a reservation for French Laundry -- even with 3 weeks' notice!
